While the hotel's aesthetic may lean towards the 1980s, the family-friendly atmosphere more than compensates for any outdated décor. The receptionist, doubling as a bar person, exuded warmth and cheer, setting a welcoming tone for our visit.Nestled amidst the woods, the location offered a sense of seclusion perfect for a tranquil family retreat. We indulged in local leisure activities like hiking and mountain biking, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. The on-site restaurant was a standout, with the regional menu proving to be a delectable delight for all.Our spacious sleeping quarters and the beautiful main building provided a comfortable backdrop for our family moments. The inclusive atmosphere welcomed our dog, making it truly feel like a home away from home. A peaceful and serene experience, complemented by superb breakfast selections, making it a lovely choice for families seeking a relaxing getaway.
